The Genius of the Sky & Stark owned the airspace as both went flying to take out Gigi Dolin & Jacy Jayne. Shirai landed one final moonsault on Jayne to retain the titles for the unlikely alliance. Grayson Waller was ready to step into the jungle, but Roderick Strong showed again why he’s atop the NXT Cruiserweight food chain. The newcomer nearly captured the title with some thrill-seeking acrobatics that almost rocked The Diamond Mine. The power of Ridge Holland was on full display, but the savvy of Kyle O’Reilly proved to be the deciding factor. When Pete Dunne attempted to get involved, O’Reilly wriggled his way out of danger and rolled up the bruiser from Yorkshire for the win.
